Country Sunshiners Club News – August, 2026
In July some of our dancers attended the summer dances at WESAC. We enjoyed dancing to a variety of callers.
On August 21 st the Country Sunshiners will be hosting a CDCDA sponsored dance at the Duggan Community Hall at 7 PM. This is a Try-it event where beginners can get a
chance to try square dancing. Experienced dancers are invited to dance with those new to square dancing. There is no charge for this dance.
On August 28 th the Country Sunshiners is holding another dance for new dancers at the Duggan Hall. We call this A Taste of Square Dancing, and we start at 7 PM. The charge for this dance is $5.
This is a reminder that our 2026-27 dance season starts on Friday September 11 th . We invite you to come and dance with us. The Duggan Community Hall is located at 3728-106 St. NW and we dance on Friday evenings. We look forward to seeing you on the dance floor. Continue to check our website at www.countrysunshiners.com.
