Welcome to Country Sunshiners Home
Looking for a fun new activity? Try square dancing. We are a welcoming multi-age group. Some members have been dancing for years and are helpful to all new comers. Come to one of our "try it" events in Spring or late summer to get started. Weekly Country Sunshiner dances, every Friday September to April, led by a professional caller will lead you through all the basic steps. Country Sunshiner Dances are held at Duggan Community Hall @ 3728 106 Street, Edmonton. We are also part of a broader square dance community that support city wide events at various locations and other clubs that meet weekly.

All of our Regular Dances and Special Dances have the same format through the middle of April 2026.
Dance Schedule:
7:00-9:00pm Alternating tips for New Dancers & Mainstream Dancers
8:15-8:30pm Refreshments
We encourage Mainstream Dancers to help during the New Dancer tips.
Cost: Regular Dance $8 per person (pay at the door)
Special Dance $10 per person (pay at the door)
